In the new period, the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the CPC should be actively fulfilled in universities, and university teachers and students should be armed with Marx＇s outlook on world, values and life, so as to explore new ways of constructing socialist core values, lead university con-struction and development with socialist core values, impel the e-ducation of socialist core values in universities, and cultivate u-niversity students to be qualified constructors and reliable suc-cessors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
