多元文化背景下民族高校生德育调研与管理创新

Survey on the Moral Education of Students in Universities for Nationalities and the Management Innovation in the Multicultural Background

我国是一个多民族国家,多元文化并存,多元文化对不同民族大学生的思想和价值观必然形成激荡和碰撞,加之经济全球化和现代信息技术的发展,民族高校生会产生诸多矛盾与困惑。本文在对民族高校生德育现状进行全面调查分析的基础上,探索加强民族高校生道德教育的新途径和新方法,指出面对多元文化和价值观的交锋,民族高校生的道德教育要增强对话意识,创新民主、开放的新型教育管理手段,以不断提升新时期民族高校德育的实效性,培养学生积极的、健康的、向上的道德观和价值观。

Our country is a multi-nationality and multicultural country, and the multiculture will inevitably spur and impact on the ideas and values of contemporary universities students of dif-ferent nationalities, and coupled with the development of eco-nomic globalization and modern information technology, a lot of contradictions and confusion will arise in the morality of students in universities for nationalities. Based on a comprehensive inves-tigation and analysis on the status of the moral education of stu-dents in universities for nationalities, this paper explores new ways and new methods of strengthening it, and it points out that, confronted by the clash of diverse cultures and values, we should enhance the awareness of dialogue between students in universi-ties for nationalities, and create democratic, open and new means of education and management, so as to continuously improve the effectiveness of moral education in universities for nationalities in the new period, and cultivate students＇ active, healthy and posi-tive morals and values.
