A Brief Discussion on the Cultivation of Trainees Engaged in On-post Education Practice

本文主要探讨顶岗教育实习生培养的问题,先从其与普通实习生的区别,独立学院与传统师范院校培养的区别出发,分析顶岗教育实习生培养的局限问题,针对局限性提出相应的解决措施。

This paper mainly discusses the problems in the culti-vation of trainees engaged in on-post education practice. Starting from their differences with common trainees, and the differences between the cultivation in independent colleges and common normal colleges and universities, it analyzed the limitations of the cultivation of trainees engaged in education practice, and pro-posed corresponding solutions.
