Experience on the Guiding Teaching of the Nephrology Clinical Probation of Overseas Medical Students

我院近年来承担越来越多的留学生肾脏内科临床见习教学的任务,肾脏病学是一门专业性较强的学科,非本专业人员往往对本学科的知识内容不易理解与掌握,我们针对教学实践中遇到的各种问题,对见习方式进行逐步改进,摸索了一套行之有效的带教方法。

In recent years, there have been more and more teach-ing tasks on the nephrology clinical probation of overseas stu-dents in our university. As nephrology is a highly professional discipline,it is hard for non-professional staffs to understand and grasp the knowledge of this discipline. In view of the problems encountered in teaching practice, we have made gradual im-provements in probation style and explored a set of effective guiding teaching method.
