Starting from the present situation of the construction of the teaching and research groups of the primary and secondary schools, this paper expounds the problems existing in the current construction of teaching groups of primary and secondary schools, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for the construction of teaching and research groups of primary and sec-ondary schools.
