“示范训练测评”模式在高中实验员培训中的实践与思考——以湖州市首期高中物理实验员培训班为例

Practice and Reflections on the "Demonstration-TrainingEvaluation" Mode in Senior High School Laboratory Technician Training:A Case Study on the First Senior High School Physics Laboratory Technician Training Class in Huzhou City

本文以湖州市首期高中物理实验员培训班为例,提出"示范训练测评"培训模式,阐述了该模式内涵、内容选择和操作流程及效果和反思,既提升了参训学员的实验操作技能,又为中小学教师培训模式创新提供了借鉴案例。

Exemplified by the first senior high school physics lab-oratory technician training class in Huzhou City, this paper pro-posed the＂demonstration-training-evaluation＂training mode, e-laborated the connotation, content selection, operation proce-dures, as well as effects and reflections of the mode, which has not only improved the experiment operational skills of the trainees, but also provided a referential case for the innovation of mode for primary and secondary school teacher training.
