摘要
本文以湖州市首期高中物理实验员培训班为例,提出"示范训练测评"培训模式,阐述了该模式内涵、内容选择和操作流程及效果和反思,既提升了参训学员的实验操作技能,又为中小学教师培训模式创新提供了借鉴案例。
Exemplified by the first senior high school physics lab-oratory technician training class in Huzhou City, this paper pro-posed the"demonstration-training-evaluation"training mode, e-laborated the connotation, content selection, operation proce-dures, as well as effects and reflections of the mode, which has not only improved the experiment operational skills of the trainees, but also provided a referential case for the innovation of mode for primary and secondary school teacher training.
