浅议高校如何落实人才培养的中心地位

A Brief Discussion on How to Implement the Central Position of Talent Cultivation in Universities

人才培养工作作为高校工作的中心,高校要从五方面落实人才培养的中心地位:一要思想重视,要充分认识到大学的根本任务是进行人才培养;二要知行合一,贯彻执行好人才培养质量是大学的生命线的忧患意识;三要抓住重点,不断提高师资队伍素质;四要健全机制,切实保障校领导深入研究教学;五要重视精神,营造良好校风、学风。

As the center of the university work, talent cultivation should be implemented from five aspects in order to highlight its central position：the first is ideological attention,that is,we should fully recognize that the basic task of a university is to cultivate talents; the second is the combination of knowledge and action, that is, we should have the hardship consciousness that the qual-ity of talent cultivation is the lifeline of a university;the third is to grasp the key points, that is, we should continuously improve the quality of teaching staff;the fourth is system perfection, that is, we should truly guarantee that university leaders intensively study teaching;the fifth is the attention on spirit, that is, we should es-tablish a favorable style of university and learning.
