高校网络集群行为动因分析

Analysis on the Motivation of the Cluster Behavior of University Network

基于新时期网络对高校学生群体从价值观到生活学习习惯的全面渗透、深刻影响,高校网络集群行为的产生成为一种必然。本文集中针对不同的高校网络集群行为动因,提出教育管理者的干预方式和参与手段,以达到弘扬高校核心价值观、提高教育管理有效性的目的。

Based on the comprehensive infiltration and profound influence of network on the values as well as living and learning habits of university students in the new period, the advent of the cluster behavior of university network becomes a necessary trend. In view of the motivation of the cluster behavior of network in dif-ferent universities, this paper proposed the intervention methods and participation means of education administrators, in order to carry forward university core values and improve the effectiveness of educational management.
