摘要
对餐饮业污水排放现状进行了研究,分析了餐饮业污水的主要成分,依据餐饮业污水处理方法及隔油池原理,总结出了餐饮业隔油器造型计算的方法,以期有效去除餐饮业污水中的油脂和悬浮物,实现废水的达标排放。
The paper researches the sewage discharges of the dining industry,analyzes the main components of the sewage,and sums up the cal-culation methods for the grease trap of the industry referring to the treatment of the sewage and the principle of the grease trap,so as to eliminate the grease and suspended solids in the sewage and realize the discharge of the sewage according to the discharge standard.
