Through the introduction to the concept and characteristics of highway construction project environmental impact assessment system, this paper put forward the suggestion to increase the greenhouse gas emissions in highway construction project environmental impact assessment system,analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the suggestion,to guarantee the practice target control of greenhouse gas emissions.
