摘要 现代线性调频雷达和调频雷达等设备在调制域领域提出了大带宽和短采样间隔的测试需求,通过组合应用专用计数芯片和可编程逻辑器件,同时应用数字内插时间精密测量技术,实现了一种高性能调制域测量单元,实测结果表明测量带宽达到了3.5GHz,最小采样间隔达到了100ns,能够满足雷达等设备在调制域领域的测试需求,已成功应用于宽带调制域分析仪产品中。 As to satisfy with linear FM and frequency-hopping radar system for large bandwidth and short sampling interval test requirements at the modulation domain,with combination of special-purpose counting chips、programmable logic devices and precision digital-to-time interpolation circuits,we implement a high performance modulation domain measurement unit.The experimental results show that the measurement bandwidth can be up to 3.5 GHz,and minimum sampling interval can reach 100 ns,which meet the radar and other equipment test requirements at the modulation domain.We have been successfully applied to wideband modulation domain analyzer.
