风向对电站辅机干冷塔散热器性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用计算传热学(NHT)软件Fluent,对某台300MW机组辅机干冷塔新型间接空冷散热器设计工况下的流动和换热性能进行了数值模拟、分析和研究。结果表明:当风机转速为100%时、90°风向下,间接空冷散热器的性能最好,达到了设计值,且45°风向时散热器换热不佳,热风回流现象是影响散热器换热性能的主要因素;当风机转速为110%时、90°风向下,间接空冷散热器的性能最好,达到了设计值,而在不同风向下其抗风能力较100%转速有所提高,热风回流的影响显著降低,22.5°为最不利风向。 By using the numerical heat transfer (NHT)software Fluent,numerical simulation on flow and heat transfer performance of the novel indirect air cooled radiator of dry cooling tower in a 300MW unit under design condition was conducted.The results show that,with the air fan speed of 100%,the indirect air cooled radicator exhibited the best performance in air direction of 90°,and the poorest in air direction of 45°;the hot air recirculation was the main factor affecting the heat transfer performance.With the air fan speed of 110%,the indirect air cooled radicatior exhibited the best performance in air direction of 90°,and its air resistance capability increased in other air directions;the effect of hot air recirculation significantly reduced;the radiator perform-ance was the worst in air direction of 22.5°.
