摘要
以某电厂600 MW旋流燃烧器锅炉二次风箱为例,通过数值模拟的方法,对二次风箱内部各旋流燃烧器之间的流量分配及流动特性进行了研究。结果表明:两侧燃烧器的流量低于中间燃烧器的流量,流量偏差在6%~10%范围内变化,其迎风侧出口的流速比背风侧低10 m/s左右;通过调整5只燃烧器的二次风门开度,研究提高炉膛两侧燃烧器风量的燃烧优化调整方案,其模拟结果与现场试验结果一致。
Taking the secondary-air-box of a 600 MW unit boiler equipped with swirl burners as the example,numerical simulation was conducted to investigate the air distribution and flow char-acteristics among each burner inside the secondary-air-box.The results show that,the flow rates of side burners were lower than that of the middle one,but the deviation was j ust within 6%-8%. At the burner's outlet section,air velocity from the facing air side was 10m/s lower than that from the back air side.By adj usting the secondary air door's opening degree of the five burners,the combustion optimization scheme that can increase the side burner'air flow was obtained.The sim-ulation results agreed well with the field test results.
