摘要
基于对华能上海石洞口第二电厂一期超临界2×600MW机组给水自动控制逻辑中存在的给水泵转速控制在给水泵入口流量低于流量上限值50t/h时闭锁转速输出指令等问题的分析,对给水自动控制逻辑进行了调整给水泵流量上限控制参数、给水调节阀低限、给水泵转速指令分配控制逻辑以及防止给水控制PID积分饱和等优化,使得控制逻辑不仅能满足机组启动阶段对给水流量的控制要求,而且实现了机组启、停及正常运行中的给水全程自动控制。
On the basis of analyzing problems occurred in automatic control logic of feedwater for Huaneng Shidongkou Second Power Plant,relevant control strategy optimizations were conduc-ted,such as regulating the upper limit parameters of flow in feedwater pump,adj usting the lower limit of feedwater control valve,modifying the distribution strategy of two parallel feed-water pumps,and preventing the PID controller of the feed-water system from intergral saturation.Af-ter improvement,the control logic can not only satisfy the control of feedwater during the unit's start-up period,but also realize full-time automatic control of feedwater during start-up,shutdown and running of the unit.
