摘要
由于类词缀具有方便、高效的构词特点,常常用于构建新词语。对类词缀的语义认知机制进行研究具有一定的理论与实践价值,特别是对英语词汇教学有如下启示:外语教师可通过讲解基本词汇和词汇联想记忆方法来帮助学生提高转喻、类比能力,进而轻松扩大词汇量。
Quasi-affixes are commonly found in neologies nowadays as they can produce new words in an easy and efficient way.The study on cognitive mechanism of quasi-affixes in both English and Chinese is of theoretical and practical significance if applied to the teaching of English as a foreign language in China.Such attempts will promote the TEFL(Teaching English as a Foreign Language),particularly,the teaching of vocabulary.Thus,the study may be helpful for students to enlarge their vocabulary in an easier way by promoting the metonymic and analogical thinking mode of students.
