随着中国当代城市规模的迅猛扩张,曾经的郊野风景名胜区逐渐被城市包围。邻城风景名胜区以其较强可达性,对城市居民休闲生活、生态环境带来了新的特征,也造成了风景名胜区的使用功能、用地性质都发生了重大变化。本文通过对新型的城市与风景区关系进行定性分析讨论,以"功能疏散"、"引导控制"、"规划衔接"的方法对邻城风景区的保护和利用提出了新的建设思路。
