桃源水电站工程的建设管理实践

Construction and Management of Taoyuan Hydropower Station

针对桃源水电站的基本情况、施工的总体计划与工程建设实际进展以及工程建设模式和工程项目融资情况,分析了工程建设存在的社会风险并介绍了其管控措施与方法;阐述了工程建设期发生的洪水风险及其实际管控情况,业主管理工程征地移民工作的主要措施;分析、介绍了工程进度控制管理采取的主要措施及其实施效果,工程防洪度汛、大江截流等的协调管理工作。实践表明,桃源水电站工程的建设管理是行之有效的。

The social risks of the construction of Taoyuan Hydropower Station are analyzed and the risk control measures and methods are introduced based on the basic information, general construction plan, actual construction progress, project implementation mode and project financing of Station. The flood risks during construction period and actual flood controls are introduced, and main management measures on land acquisition and resettlement are also presented. The management measures and its effects on construction progress are introduced and analyzed, and the coordination on flood control and river closures is also presented herein. The practice shows that all construction managements are effective.
