桃源水电站是中国水电顾问集团投资有限公司首家投运的水电站,中国水电顾问集团桃源开发有限公司作为桃源水电站建设和运营管理的主体,在充分借鉴学习的基础上,高起点谋划,认真细致按时完成了桃源水电站的生产筹备工作,在生产组织体系、员工队伍建设、并网许可等方面进行了探索,为桃源水电站长期的安全稳定运行奠定了坚实基础。

Taoyuan Hydropower Station is the first hydropower station being put into operation invested by HydroChina Investment Company Ltd.. As the main body being responsible for the construction and power generation of Taoyuan Hydropower Station, HydroChina Taoyuan Development Company Ltd. seriously and carefully completes the generating preparation on time after learning lessons from other hydropower stations. The production organization system, staff capacity building and grid connection license are studied in generating preparation, which lay a solid foundation for long-term safe and stable operation of Taoyuan Hydropower Station.
