摘要 桃源水电站发电厂房装设9台贯流式机组,进、尾水口永临挡水闸门及拦污栅共计36套,安装总质量7 454 t。闸门采用坝顶门机安装,土建与金属结构施工交叉作业,工序转换频繁,衔接紧密。在工期紧张的情况下,为高效率、高质量完成金结安装任务,施工单位制定了合理的施工组织计划,采取技术创新提高施工效率,确保了工期。 Taoyuan Hydropower Station installs 9 bulb-type hydro generating units. A total of 36 sets of permanent and temporary gates and trash racks with a total mass of 7 454 t will be installed in intakes and tailwater outlets. The gates are installed with the gantry cranes on dam cresL The construction of powerhouse civil engineering and the installation of these gates and trash racks are intersected with a frequent process change and close process coordination. Through developing a reasonable construction organization plan and taking technology innovation to improve construction efficiency, the metal structure installation and powerhouse construction are completed in tight construction duration.
