摘要
桃源水电站主变压器采用的是一种新型结构电力设备,高压侧通过油/气套管和GIS设备直接连接,电站主变压器常规试验项目在不打开与其相连的SF6气室拆除油气套管接头的情况下,通过变通试验接线方式实现,并且试验数据与常规试验方式无明显差异。采用这种试验方法不仅可以避免回收SF6气室气体、打开SF6气室拆除油气套管接头、试验完成后对SF6气室抽真空补气等复杂、繁重的工作,大大缩短检修时间,并且可以避免在处理过程中造成气室漏气等次生故障与隐患。
The structure ot main transtbrmers in Taoyuan Hydropower Station is a new type, in which, the high voltage side outlets are directly connected to GIS device through oil/gas casings. The routine tests of transformer are carried out by changing the test connection without opening SF6 chamber and disconnecting oil/gas casings. There is no significant difference between the test data of this method and conventional methods. The new test method not only avoids recycling SF6 gas, disconnecting oil/gas casings and supplementing SF6 but also avoids some secondary faults and risks, such as SF6 leakage.
