颅内外沟通和非沟通Rosai-Dorfman病2例并文献复习

The intracranial communication and uncommunication Rosai-Dorfman disease: report of two cases and literature review

目的探讨颅内外沟通和非沟通Rosai-Dorfman病的诊断和治疗方法。方法收集的2例RDD患者的临床资料,采用外科手术、放射和类固醇治疗方法。结果 2例患者均达到颅内减压及明确病理性质,分别随访1 y和6 m无复发。结论对于大脑凸面非沟通瘤手术难度不大的病变,建议积极全切病变组织。对于颅底沟通的巨大复杂部位的病变,采用活检结合放射治疗和类固醇替代治疗。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the Intracranial Rosai-Dorfman disease. Methods The clinical data of 2 patients were collected with RDD,by adopting the method of surgery,radiation and steroids. Results The intracranial pressure of the two patients were relieved and the pathological nature was confirmed,they were followed up for 1 year and half a year respectively without relapse. Conclusion We suggest to do total resection operation if the lesion is located in the convex of the brain. We suggest biopsy combined with radiotherapy and steroid replacement therapy for the huge complex lesions at the skull base communication.
