摘要
库伯的经验学习理论认为,学习是持续的经验构成与再构成的动态过程。拥有丰富的实践经验是成人认知学习的主要特点,在学习的过程中,成人以其经验为基础,不断地进行回顾、理解、反思以及重构。因此,成人教学在实施的过程中,应结合成人学习的特点,重视成人经验的作用,要设置注重解决实际问题的教学目标,教授与其经验相联系的教学内容,教师扮演好"引导者"的角色,设计基于问题的教学情境,采取对话分享经验的教学方法,推动成人经验学习。
According to the perspective of Kolb' s experiential learning theory (ELT), learning is a continuous and dynamic process of the construction and reconstruction of experience. Possessing a wealth of practical experience is the main characteristic of a- dult cognitive learning. During the learning process, adults constantly review, comprehend, reflect and reconstruct learning based on their experience. Therefore, during the implementation of adult teaching process, it is important to emphasize the role of adult experi- ence, and set main teaching objectives on solving practical problems according to the characteristics of adult learning. Only by teaching based on their experience and teachers playing their "guiding" roles, designing problem-based teaching contexts and adopting the teach- ing strategy of conversation and exchange ideas, thus could we promote the development of adult experience learning.
