摘要
本研究通过对教师A、教师B、教师C和教师D的访谈,从教师角色、专业素养以及专业发展诉求三方面了解开放大学教师专业发展现状,提出通过提升教师专业发展自主意识,培育教学团队,营造人本化氛围,促进开放大学教师专业发展。
Through the study on the teacher A, teacher B, teacher C and teacher D interview, this paper analyzes the current situation of the professional development of teachers in Open University. From these three aspects, such as the role of teacher, professionalism and professional development demand, it also proposed the development of independent consciousness through ascension teacher professional development and teaching team, in order to create the atmosphere to promote the professional development of teachers of open university.
