我国炼铁生产的方向:高效节能 环保低成本 被引量:23

摘要 着重阐明2年来我国炼铁生产所取得的进步,主要体现在:炼铁原燃料质量基本稳定或略有改善,高炉炼铁生产技术指标有所进步,高炉大型化取得新进展,炼铁工序能耗有所降低。同时,指明了我国高炉炼铁与国外先进水平相比尚存在的差距,主要是燃料比高、高炉寿命短、环保压力大等。进而提出了实现高效节能、安全环保、低碳低成本炼铁生产需要重视的工作:贯彻落实科学发展观,认真执行国家新的环保标准,实现绿色低碳低成本炼铁;坚持精料方针不动摇,进一步提高风温,推广经济富氧、经济喷煤,倡导低硅生铁冶炼,建立科学的高炉长寿理念。 The paper expounds the ironmaking production progresses achieved over the past two years in China: quite stable and slightly improved raw materials and fuel quality, better technical index of BF ironmaking production, larger blast furnace volume and lower energy consumption of ironmaking sequences, but also points out the gap of domestic blast furnace ironmaking technology when compared with advanced level in the world, especially with respect to high fuel ratio, short service life and insufficient environment protection capability, etc. Thus some recommendations are given in the paper: carrying out the outlook of scientific development, strictly complying with the new environment protection standard of the State and realizing the ironmaking production at low carbon emission and cost. In addition, the authors also put forward the specific approaches to realize the target of high efficiency, energy conservation, environment friendiness and low cost, such as adopting beneficiated burden material and higher blasting temperature, producing in a economic way of oxygen enrichment and pulverized coal injection and smelting with low silicon content and long furnace campaign.
