再生障碍性贫血骨髓造血微环境的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 再生障碍性贫血是一种获得性骨髓造血功能衰竭性疾病,其发病机制复杂,早期即有研究证明支持造血功能的骨髓造血微环境异常。骨髓造血微环境是一个由骨髓基质细胞、细胞外基质及多种细胞因子组成的复杂网状结构,各成分相互作用共同支持正常造血。近年来研究发现,许多血液系统疾病的发生与骨髓造血微环境有关,研究骨髓造血微环境对于了解再生障碍性贫血的发病机制及提供有效的治疗方法有重要作用,本研究就有关再生障碍性贫血患者骨髓造血微环境方面的研究进展作一综述。 Aplastic anemia is an acquired disease characterized by bone marrow hematopoietic failure,whose pathological mechanism is complicated. There are studies have demonstrated that the abili-ty of bone marrow microenvironment support hematopoietic is abnormal in the early time. Bone marrow microenvironment consists of bone marrow stromal cells,extracellular matrix and many kinds of cyto-kines,which interact with each other to support normal hematopoietic. Recently,it has found that many haematological diseases are related to hematopoietic microenvironment. Therefore,it is important to study the bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment to understand the pathological mechanism and provide effective treatment approach of aplastic anemia. This review focuses on the research progress of bone mar-row hematopoietic microenvironment in aplastic anemia.
