摘要
我国公共图书馆发展水平研究是目前图书馆领域研究的热点。我国公共图书馆发展水平呈现不平稳特征,其波动具有杠杆效应。根据EGARCH模型的检验结果,发现我国公共图书馆发展水平波动存在非对称效应。当出现"利好消息"的时候,能对我国公共图书馆的发展产生较大的促进;而面临"利空消息"的冲击,其波动相对平稳。同时发现我国公共图书馆发展水平与经济增长水平之间存在互为Granger因果关系。
Development level of Chinese public library is a current research hotspot in library science. Chinese public library develops unevenly; whose fluctuation has leverage effect. This paper finds out the non-symmetrical effect in Chinese public library development by EARCH model： good news would boost public library development in China; while bad news leads to a relatively stable fluctuation. At the same time, the study shows that there is an inter Granger causality between the development of public library and economic growth.
