Improving the Mechanism of Government Public Commercial Information Service on the Context of Public Finance

公共商务信息服务作为准公共产品,政府在服务体系的构建及服务内容的提供上,只能承担部分的、有限的而非全方位的责任。我国须借鉴国外的先进经验,通过政府履行"引导、监督、补缺、统筹"等四方面职责,以公共财政支持为基础,以各种社会力量和市场主体大量参与为配合,建立并逐渐完善我国公共商务信息服务的多元化供给机制,满足社会成员对公共商务信息服务的一般需求及个性化、专业化的特别需求。

Government is partially responsible for the construction of public commercial information service system and its content. Taking foreign advanced experiences for reference, it is suggested to make the government fulfill its responsibility of guidance, supervision, vacancy-filling and planning by setting up and improving the diversified mechanism of public commercial information service in our country with the support of all kinds of social forces, market entities and public finance, in order to satisfy the common, the personalized and the professional public commercial information needs.
