摘要
根据"图书馆员刻板印象研究"调查问卷的统计结果,就有关被试个人基本信息、图书馆员自我刻板印象、图书馆工作刻板印象、相互关系4部分内容,从理论基础、研究步骤、研究内容、对策分析等角度进行了描述性介绍和分析。研究发现:图书馆员自我刻板印象表现为偏爱自我和贬低工作;学历、年龄、健康状况和职业状况是影响图书馆员自我刻板印象的关键因素;提升职业的专业化水平和图书馆服务水平是解决图书馆员自我边缘化问题的关键。
Based on the results of a national survey, this paper introduces and discusses the theoretical basis, the procedures, the content and the countermeasures regarding librarian personal information, librarian self-stereotype, stereotype of library work and their interrelationships. The study turns out that: librarian self-stereotype shows up as self-preference and playing down the job; educational background, age, health status, and professional background are the key influencing factors for librarian self- stereotype; and it is critical to solve the problem of librarian self-marginalization by improving the professionalism and the service of library.
