地区与图书馆类型对图书馆员自我刻板印象影响的实证研究

Empirical Study of the Influence of Region and Library Type on Librarians' Stereotypes

通过对全国各地区公共图书馆、高校图书馆和其他类型图书馆的调查研究,选取地区与图书馆类型作为自变量,研究其对图书馆员自我刻板印象的影响。通过多变量多因素方差分析法得到地区和图书馆类型对图书馆员自我刻板印象存在显著的交互影响,主要差异源集中于东北地区和其他馆类型。

According to the investigation of public, university and other types of Chinese libraries, the article studies on how the region and library type as the independent variables impact on the librarian self-stereotype. With the method of multi-factor analysis of variance, the authors find that region and library type carry significant interaction effect on librarians＇ stereotypes, especially in the libraries of Northeast China and other types of libraries.
