摘要
文章以全国各类型图书馆正式在编的图书馆员为调查对象,通过发放问卷的形式,研究学历和岗位对图书馆员自我刻板印象的影响,并对不同专业进行比较。研究结果表明:学历对于"亲近感"和"强技能"存在统计学意义上的显著影响,岗位对图书馆员的"热情"及其子维度"亲近感"和"工作印象"及其子维度"复杂性"有十分显著的影响。通过多变量多因素方差分析,发现学历和岗位的交互效应存在于疏离感、热情、弱技能、复杂性和舒适度。
This article does a study on the influence of education and position on librarians' stereotypes by a questionnaire survey on the regular budget librarians in libraries of all kinds. The results show that: education background is associated remarkably with warmth and strong working skills, while position works on librarian's passion and warmth, on the impression and complexity of library work. In other words, it is revealed by multi-factor analysis of variance method that education and position have significant interaction effect on the sense of alienation, passion, weak working skill, complexity and conffortability.
