摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定四环素片的含量。方法采用Kromasil C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm ,5μm)色谱柱,以0.1 mol · L -1磷酸氢二铵-乙腈(84∶16)为流动相,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 mL · min-1,检测波长为280 nm。结果四环素质量浓度在0.0240~0.7697 mg · mL -1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000(n=6),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为0.8%(n=3)。结论该方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于四环素片的含量测定。
Objective To establish an improved HPLC method for the determination of Tetracycline Tablets .Methods The separa-tion was performed on a Kromasil C18 (250 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm) column ,with the mobile phase of 0 .1 mol · L -1 diammonium hydrogen phosphate-acetonitriles(84∶16) at a flow rate of 1 .0 mL · min-1 .The column temperature was set at 35 ℃ ,and the detection wavelength was 280 nm .Results Tetracycline presented a good linear correlation in the range of 0 .024 0-0 .769 7 mg · mL -1 (r=1 .000) ,the limit of detection was 21 ng · mL -1 ,and the average recovery was 100 .4% ,with RSD of 0 .8% (n=9) .Conclusion This method was simple ,accurate ,reproducible ,and suitable for the quality control of Tetracycline Tablets .
