2010～2012年安康市中心医院抗结核病药物应用分析

Utilization analysis of antituberculosis drugs during 2010-2012 period in the center hospital of Ankang city

目的：对安康市中心医院2010～2012年度抗结核药物临床应用情况进行回顾性统计分析，评价使用抗结核药物的特点和趋势，为合理用药提供参考依据。方法利用医院数据库，统计2010～2012年抗结核药物使用数据，对用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDD）等情况进行统计、分析。结果抗结核药销售金额和用药频度均呈上升趋势。主要以一线抗结核药物异烟肼、乙胺丁醇、利福平和吡嗪酰胺为主。结论我院治疗结核病药应用基本合理，在个别品种停药后可考虑引入适当品种填补空缺，以满足临床需要。

Objective To conduct a statistical analysis on the antituberculosis drugs application ,specifically to analyze the character-istics and tendency of the antituberculosis drugs during 2010-2012 period in the center hospital of Ankang city so as to provide references for rational drugs use .Methods By using the hospital database ,the utilization data of antituberculosis drugs between 2010 to 2012 were analyzed in respect of the consumption sum ,DDDs and the average daily cost （DDC） .Results Both the con-sumption sum and the DDDs of antituberculosis drugs assumed an upward tendency .Isoniazid（INH） ,ethambutol（EMB） ,rifampi-cin（RFP） and pyrazinamide（PZA） were dominantly used for antituberculosis .Conclusion The use of antituberculosis drugs in our hospital was rational on the whole .To meet the clinical demands ,some other kind of drugs should be introduced appropriately to fill the vacancy if certain kind of drugs have been discontinued in clinical use .
