389例喜炎平注射液不良反应文献分析

Literature analysis about the adverse reactions of Xiyanping Injections in 389 cases

目的：分析喜炎平注射液不良反应发生的特点，提出防治措施，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索2007～2012年国内医药学术期刊报道的389例喜炎平注射液不良反应案例，并进行统计、分析。结果喜炎平注射液所致不良反应多发生于0～14岁儿童，以速发型变态反应为主，多以皮肤及附件损害常见。结论临床医师、药师应重视喜炎平注射液不良反应发生的规律和特点，加强其应用的监测，以减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by Xiyanping Injections, so as to pro- vide references for the drug clinical rational use. Methods A statistical analysis was conducted in 389 cases reported in domestic medical academic journals during 2007-2012. Results ADRs of Xiyanping Injections mostly occurred in the children aged 0-14, mainly immediate allergy actions, which could result in skin and adnexa injury. Conclusion Doctors and pharmacists should know the pattern and characteristics of ADRs, and the use of Xiyanping Injections should be under strict monitoring to reduce the occurrence of serious ADRs.
