西安常宁新城低碳社区规划策略研究

Study on Low-carbon Community Planning Strategy of Changning New Town of Xi'an

随着低碳可持续发展成为当今社会的热点话题,社区作为低碳理念在实践层面中重要的空间载体,对其研究具有重要的意义。为了探讨新城低碳社区的规划方法,以常宁新城低碳社区规划实践为例,首先对当前国内新城低碳社区的发展理论和实践情况进行了研究,提出其规划应主要从社区"内"、"外"两大低碳系统着手,然后分析了基地现状具备低碳发展的条件和实现低碳发展的意义,制定出常宁新城低碳社区的低碳规划目标,最后通过研究低碳策略在项目实际操作中的应用,形成了一套完整的规划路径。

As the low-carbon and sustainable development has become a hot topic in today＇s society, it has the vital significance on researching community as it is an important spatial carrier of low-carbon concept in the practical level. In order to research the planning method of low-carbon community, based on Changning low carbon community planning practice, this paper researches on the current domestic low-carbon community development of the theory and practice first and proposes that it should be mainly from the community ＂ internal ＂ and ＂ external ＂ two low- carbon system to make new town low-carbon community planning. Then this paper analyzes the requirement of low carbon development of the base and achieves low carbon development significance, it develops its low-carbon community objectives of Changning new town planning. Finally, we form a complete set of planning path through studying the application of low-carbon strategy in practical project.
