摘要
将几种常用定性评价方法:晕圈法、抑菌环试验及琼脂平皿扩散法,用于评价溶出性抗菌皮革样品的抗菌性能,并将这些方法进行综合及改进,提出了一种用于评价皮革抗菌性能的新方法。通过分析每种方法的ICC值,比较这几种方法用于评价皮革抗菌性能的可重复性及可信度。实验结果发现:改进后的新方法用于评价皮革抗菌性能的可重复性及可信度要优于晕圈法、抑菌环试验及琼脂平皿扩散法(ICC>0.75,P<0.05)。该新方法具有操作步骤简单、能多个不同样品同时评定、可重复性高、可信度高的特点。
Halo Method, the Microorganism Inhibiting Ring Test and the Agar Diffusion Plate Method are used to evaluate the antibacterial activities of leather. Based on these methods, a new way for evaluation the antibacterial activity of leather was proposed. The repeatability and reliability of these methods are compared by the ICC value. The results showed that the repeatability and reliability of the new method are better than the others(ICC〉0.75, P〈0.05). This new method has sig- nificant advantages: the experiment steps of this method are simple, the antibacterial activity of different samples could be evaluated in one plate, the repeatability and reliability are commendable, the experiment results are accurate and reliable.
