摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚酯二元醇为主要原料合成了具有良好物性的水性聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂。通过测试薄膜的吸水率、涂层的干湿擦以及低温耐曲挠等性能,优化出了合成的最佳工艺。实验结果表明:本文的最佳实验条件,n(-NCO):n(-OH)的最佳值为1.35、DMPA的质量分数选为5%~7%、TMP的用量选0.5%~1.5%之间、后扩链程度选择50%~70%;本文实验条件合成的皮革涂饰剂具有很好的耐水性能,且对环境友好,无污染。
This paper relates to the synthesis of high-physical-waterborne polyurethane leather finishing agents using isophorone diisocyanate ( IPDI ) and polyester diol as main raw materials. The optimum processing method of synthesis are selected by testing the water absorption of film, the wet and dry rub of coating, and the performances such as Anti- bending of low temperature. The results show : 1. The optimum experiment conditions of this paper reports are when the optimal value of n (-NCO) to n (-OH) is 1.35, the DMPA is elected between 5% and 7%, the TMP is controlled between 0.5% and 1.5%, and the degree of chain-extending is choiced from 50% to 70%; 2. Under the conditions of present experiment, the leather finishing agents have good water resistance as well as non-pollution for environment.
