摘要 目的:了解恶性肿瘤化疗对血糖的影响。方法回顾分析2007年1月~2012年1月60例接受化疗的住院患者出现血糖代谢异常的临床资料。结果化疗后8例患者血糖代谢异常,占13.3%(8/60),明确诊断为糖尿病者2例,占3.3%(2/60);糖耐量减低1例,占1.7%(1/60);一过性血糖升高5例,占8.3%(5/60)。多发生在化疗后4~6周期。经干预治疗后,6例血糖异常患者可逆,2例诊断为糖尿病。结论化疗药物可能诱发血糖代谢异常,恶性肿瘤化疗期间需密切观察血糖变化并积极干预。 Objective To study the effect of chemotherapy induced disorders of glucose metabolism of ma-lignancy. Methods The blood glucose assay and associated clinical data of 60 patients with malignant tumor who received chemotherapy from January 2007 to January 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results After chemo-therapy the incidence of glucose metabolism of malignant tumor patients was 13.3%(8/60). Among them, 2 cases were diagnosed as diabetes mellitus, 1 case was diagnosed as impaired glucose tolerance, 5 cases were diagnosed as temporarily elevated glucose, which most frequently occurred in 4~6 cycles of chemotherapy. Six out of the 8 patients recovered at 3 to 6 months after termination of chemotherapy, and two patients developed diabetes mel-litus. Conclusion It should be emphasized that chemotherapy may induce disorders of glucose metabolism.
