本土情境下技术优势、环境竞争性以及组织信息密度与信息技术吸收的关系研究

A Research About Factors and Mechanism That Influence IT Assimilation: An Indigenous Research

信息技术吸收是信息系统(IS)领域一个重要的研究课题。在国外相关研究的基础上,基于本土背景,从技术、组织、环境三个方面出发对影响中国企业信息技术吸收的相关因素进行了研究。研究结果显示,相较于国外研究,本土背景下,技术优势性、组织信息密度等会非常显著的影响组织对信息技术的吸收。而环境竞争性则不会影响组织对信息技术的吸收。另外,研究还发现,环境竞争性作为调节变量会调节技术有用性、组织信息密度两个变量与信息技术吸收之间的关系。

IT assimilation has always been an important topic in the field of IS. Based on foreign studies, this study will research factors that influence IT assimilation in Chinese environment. The research will illustrate that compared to foreign enterprises, factors such as usefulness of the IT, Information intensity of the organization will obviously influence the IT assimilation. Competitiveness of the environment will not influence IT assimilation obviously. Besides that, our research will also illustrate that Competitiveness of the environment as a moderator will moderate relationship between IT usefulness and IT assimilation and relationship between organizational informa-tion density and IT assimilation.
