社会关系网络与新产品创新绩效——基于知识技术协同的调节效应模型

Social Networks and New Product Innovation Performance: Moderating Effects Model Based on Synergies of Knowledge and Technology

基于社会关系网络、知识技术协同和新产品创新绩效的相关文献,提出了将三者整合的分析框架,分析了社会关系网络和知识技术协同对企业新产品创新绩效的影响,尤其探讨了知识技术协同在社会关系网络与新产品创新绩效关系中的调节作用;并通过长三角地区316家中小型企业的问卷调查数据,运用层次回归法得出以下实证结果:(1)社会关系网络对企业新产品创新绩效具有显著的正向影响;(2)协同双方的知识技术协同程度能够提高企业的新产品创新绩效;(3)知识技术协同在社会关系网络与新产品创新绩效关系中起到调节作用。

This article based on the foundation of literature research of the social network, knowledge and technology synergies and new product innovation performance put forward a three integrated analytical framework. Deeply analyzed the influence of corporate social networks and knowledge and technology cooperative on new product innovation performance, especially discussed the knowledge and technology cooperative regulate the relationship of enterprise social networks and new product innovation performance, and through the questionnaire survey data of 316 small and SMEs of the Yangtze River Delta region, the use of hierarchical regression method draw the following empirical results： first, social network and knowledge and technology synergies has a significant positive impact on new product innovation performance; second, knowledge and technology synergies has a significant positive impact on new product innovation performance; third, knowledge and technology synergies play a regulating effect on the relationship between social networks and new product innovation performance. The conclusion of the study to make up for the deficiencies of the existing theoretical research has reference significance to the improvement of the innovation performance of SMEs.
