“综合优势”后发企业快速国际化关键影响因素研究

Research on Key Factors of Acceleration of Internationalization of the Latecomer Enterprises on the Basis of Comprehensive Advantage

基于山河智能股份有限公司的案例,通过扎根分析,识别影响后发企业快速国际化的关键因素,提出了包括"国家特定优势"、"产业特定优势"及"企业特定优势"三重综合因素在内的影响因素模型。研究发现,"国家特定优势"作为国际化的催化因素,通过作用于产业和企业两个层面来间接或直接影响后发企业的快速国际化;企业家国际认知及国际化战略是直接影响快速国际化实现的内在因素。最后,指出"国家特定优势"和"产业特定优势"这些外在的因素具有不确定性,企业在国际市场地位的稳固最终还是依赖于内在因素的支撑。

Based on the case study of Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd, using grounded theory, some key factors of acceleration of internationalization of latecomer enterprises are identified. Based on the comprehensive advantages which are constitute of national level advantages, industry level advantages and enterprise level advantages, a key influence factor model on the acceleration of internationalization of latecomer enterprises is built. The result suggests that the national level advantage is the motivating factor, which affects the rapid internationalization of latecomer enterprises directly, or indirectly in levels of enterprise and industry; the cognitive of entrepreneur teams and suitable international strategy are significant factors, and both of them directly affect the rapid internationalization of latecomer enterprises. At last, constitute of national level advantages and industry level advantages as external factors, its uncertainty is pointed out. Also, enterprise level advantages as internal factors, its key support for sliding international market position in emphasized.
