摘要
目的:介绍首都医科大学宣武医院临床药师师资团队建设的模式。方法:从助教带教制度和例会制度的建立、带教模式的形成、带教团队工作效率和组织能力的提高等方面,探索如何建立教学梯队,培养师资团队。结果:临床药师参与会诊科室覆盖的床位数、临床药师参与会诊的科室均不断增加,在扩大临床药师参与临床实践平台的同时,提高了临床药师的工作水平和教学水平。结论:有效的临床药师师资团队建设能促进临床药师工作的可持续发展。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the construction model of preceptors team for clinical pharmacist training in our hospi- tal. METHODS: The construction of preceptors team and clinical pharmacist training was explored from establishing the teaching-as- sistant system, regular meeting and teaching model, and elevating the efficiency and organizing ability of the preceptors team. RE- SULTS: The number of beds and departments involved in consultation in which clinical pharmacists participated increased gradual- ly, which expanded practice platform of clinical pharmacists and improved the level of work and teaching. CONCLUSIONS: Effec- tive construction of preceptors team can improve the continuing development of clinical pharmacists services.
