摘要
以刺芹侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii)栽培菌株"杏1222"作为供试菌株,对其菌丝后熟培养时间进行筛选研究。结果表明:最佳后熟期为8d,此条件下,杏1222生长周期较短(53d),子实体密度较大(0.61g/mm3),菌柄较长(24.5cm),单菇较重(187.9g),生物转化率高达96.6%,对应的菌料颜色为淡黄色,pH为6.5。
Optimization of the post-maturation time for Pleurotus eryngii mycelium revealed that maintenance under spawn-running conditions for eight days between full colonization of the substrate and opening of the cultivation bag resulted in the shortest cultivation cycle(53d),the highest density(0.61g/mm3)of good quality fruit bodies having the highest average weight 187.9g and average stipe length(24.5cm),and the highest biological efficiency(96.6%).At the end of this post-maturation period,the substrate was slightly yellow and had a pH value of 6.5.
