通过对广西某高校女大学生的经期保健、妇科检查、艾滋病传播途径认知、避孕知识掌握等方面调查,发现她们对于生殖健康和保健方面的知识掌握尚欠缺。影响女大学生生殖健康的因素主要有社会因素、教育因素、角色期望和医疗保健因素等,需要加强学校教育、家庭教育、大众传播教育、自助小组同伴教育,建立女大学生保健中心及相关医疗机构的专业服务体系,才能更有效地保障女大学生的生殖健康。
