摘要
全氟磺酸离子(nafion)是质子交换膜燃料电池催化剂的重要组成部分,它能促进铂颗粒的分散和质子的传输,增大催化剂的活性面积,降低其欧姆阻抗,从而有效提高催化剂的利用率。本文就nafion的厚度和含量对电池催化剂的影响及其潜在应用做了简要的概述和分析,并介绍了几种常见的表征参数和分析测试的方法。
Perfluorinated sulfonic acid ion (nafion) is an important part of the catalyst in proton exchange membrane fuel cell. It can promote the platinum particles dispersed and proton trans- ferred, increase the activity of catalyst activity area, reduce the ohm impedance, thus effectively improve the utilization rate of catalysts. In this paper, the impact of thickness and content of na- lion on battery catalyst and its potential application are overviewed and analyzed in brief, and several common characterization parameters and test methods are introduced.
