影响国外工程投资因素及概算编制方法研究

目前,我国建筑企业承揽的国外建设工程,没有统一的概算编制原则和办法,虽曾有不少学者进行过研究,提出计列有关费用的方法,但各有侧重面。为进一步提高承揽国外工程投标报价的准确率,在基于曾参与的多项国外工程和国内工程概算编制办法的基础上,通过研究,阐述编制国外工程概算的基本思路。并分析影响工料机费用、间接成本、预备费和其他费用的主要因素,通过分析,提出确定其综合单价和计取有关费用的方法,以此最终合理编制工程总造价。

At present, our country construction enterprise contracting for foreign construction projects has no unified principle and method for budget estimate compiling. Although many scholars have studied and proposed some methods of calculating related expenses, but each has its own emphasized aspect. In order to further enhance the accuracy in the foreign contracting project bidding quotation, based on a number of foreign and domestic engineering budget estimate compiling, through research, the basic thought of compiling foreign engineering budgetary estimate is expounded. And the main influencing factors of quantity ma chine costs, indirect costs, reserve cost and other expenses are analyzed, through the analysis, the method of determining the comprehensive unit price and taking related expenses method are put forward , to reasonably compile project total cost.
