But in international engineering project construction, the material purchasing and management is a key link, it will cause kinds of risks and economic losses to the enterprise if they are not well dealt with. According to the characteristics of international engineering material purchasing and circulation, the risks in the process of material purchasing and management are identified and analyzed. Through the analysis, some countermeasures to prevent and control risks and suggestions are put forward.
