摘要
分析了近期国家出台的大气污染防治方面的政策法规,从出台背景、目标任务、政策措施几方面进行了系统梳理,结合石油石化企业勘探开发和生产经营实际,提出对石油石化企业的影响及应对建议。
The article analyzes the policies and regulations in atmospheric pollution prevention and control published by the nation in these latter days. It also systematically sorts out them from several aspects such as publishing background, targets and tasks as well as policies and measures. Combing with the realiti es in petroleum ＆ petrochemical enterprise exploration ＆ development and production ＆ operation, it puts forward their infl uence upon petroleum ＆ petrochemical enterprises as well as suggestions to cope with them.
