摘要
矿用救生舱作为遇险人员紧急避险的场所,在煤矿井下避险系统中具有重要作用。备用电源是矿用救生舱的重要部件,其安全性一直受到使用方的普遍关注。本文对锂锰电池在隔爆箱内出现极端状况时的安全性进行研究,结果表明:锂锰电池组出现极端状况时,隔爆箱能够提供隔爆、耐爆的保护作用,不会引发恶性连锁反应。锂锰电池具有优良的安全性能和电性能,应加快在矿用救生舱的推广应用。
The coal mine refuge chamber as a safety equipment plays an important role for undermine workers when an accident occurs.The safety of standby power supply,as an important component,always catch users’ attention.Under extreme conditions,the safety of lithium/manganese dioxide battery in flame-proof cavity was studied in this paper.The results showed that the standby power supply was protected in flame-proof cavity while not bring a vicious chain reaction.Because of excellent safety performance and electrochemical performance,lithium/manganese dioxide battery should be widely applied to standby power supply of flame-proof cavity.
