《法学概论》是一门理论性与实践性相结合的课程,该门课程的教学设计是由教学设计依据、理论教学设计、实践教学设计和能力拓展设计四者构成。其中教学设计依据包括教学大纲依据和人才培养目标依据;理论教学设计包括重难点设计、基础知识设计、导学环节设计、案例教学设计和理论教学效果评价设计;实践教学设计包括课堂内实践教学设计、课堂外实践教学设计和实践教学评价设计;能力拓展设计主要是根据学生职业生涯规划,引导学生参与各种社会考试,拓展知识应用到实际的能力。
