图书馆是高等学校硬件和软件建设的重要构成部分。图书馆建设的优良程度,从某种程度上说,是衡量高校办学质量的重要标准之一。图书馆办公室又是图书馆建设与管理的有机组成部分。它是图书馆对外展示质量与水平的窗口,在图书馆日常建设与管理中起着非常重要的作用。文章对图书馆办公室建设内容、特点与职责,及其在信息化过程中出现的某些问题进行探讨。

Library is an important part of higher school. The construction of library is one of the criteria of assessing the quality of running higher school. And library office, an organic whole of the construction and management of library, is a window for displaying quality and level of management of library, which plays an important role. The author of this paper explores the contents, features and liability of the construction of library office as well as some problems arising in the process of informazation.
